should investing in the stock market include auto stocks?
Sep-18-2008auto stocks and investment brokers Investment brokers have all different sorts of opinions on what will happen with stocks in the car manufacturing industry. Investing in stocks can be very difficult especially in our current market. Automobile stocks in the U.S. are not doing much better than the banks thank to the price of gas and other factors like credit. The current two big automobile companies GM and Ford are trying to make smaller vehicles thanks to the price of gas. The question for investors who are to start retiring young or trying to just make some money is this, will the smaller vehicles that GM and Ford working on be able to sell and save these companies before they go into bankruptcy. There are many sides to this because some say that with are current banking problems we will never be able to easily get our automobile companies out of their debt since they can't refinance it. On the other hand if these Automobile stocks make a turnaround with their newer cars they could quickly pay off their debt and start to repair their economic problems.
focus on good stocks for retiring young and short selling stocks - auto stocks
Some people think that as far as short selling stocks is concerned the Automobile industry is a great way to go. I think you should not be worrying about Automobile stocks here in the U.S.. They are far too risky at this point to go short or long on. If you invest any significant amount of money in these securities you are just buying a lottery ticket and hoping for the best. However if you are one of those people who just has to buy companies like this make sure that you do not invest too much of your total money into them. There COULD be opportunities in auto stocks but just be cautious and do not invest too much.international investing
