b shares are much different than the A type The B shares are shares that China has set aside on the exchanges that are available specifically for the purpose of foreign investors that are not using their currency.

Comments:I think that it is great to be able to invest in foreign stocks which is why these type of shares are available to people around the world. Many companies in China are doing very well compares to some of the companies here in the U.S. and other countries thanks to the high amount of debt and the low current manufacturing ability. Make sure that no matter what country you invest in that you pick the stocks that have the best fundamentals. Even if you pick the best country to invest in economic wise you can still lose money if the company is not sound in their principals.
