The job companies that are on the internet with the intention to provide software and tools for employment is becoming increasingly popular for a lot business, not just employees. The main companies that we will talk about are, Salary.com SLRY, Success factors inc. SFSF, and MWW Monster World Wide inc.. Monster.com provides online employment solutions to people that are looking for a job in the job markets that they live in. Salary.com provides ideas of how much company should pay their employees based on their performance, past history, and how long they have been with the company. The company is helpful for making sure that employees are getting what they deserve and are not being overpaid or underpaid for the job market that they are in. SFSS which is Success factors inc. Is a company that helps provide software for finding talent and good people performance in an industry and a given job market. These companies are all related to employment and during times with high unemployment rates they don't seem to do as well when unemployment is low. If the economy is getting better however, then now might actually be a good time to buy into some of these companies because things might actually turn around.

I have to admit that out of the stocks talked about above this one is my least desirable stock in my opinion. Not only does the stock seem to have a lot of debt which lowers is book value, but it also has a negative amount of earnings for the year as of the date of this article. I think the idea of the site is impressive but this company needs some major work if it is going to succeed in the future which it very well could.

This company is having financial difficulty in my opinion when this article was written. This company seems to have a good idea for helping companies hire people. I think that this company has some importance and will probably survive however I am being speculative when I say this. There is something about this company though that makes me think that their products are defiantly needed for the long run and therefore it has a good chance of success in the long run, especially if the economy turns around.

Monster is my favorite of any out of all the companies talked about that relate to jobs. Monster provides people with employment opportunities around many areas of the U.S.. The thing I like about MWW is that their services will always be needed by people across the U.S. no matter where they are, which to me adds some value to the stock if you are thinking of long term value investing.
