loans for real estate investing
Loans for real estate investing and property can either make you or break you as we have seen recently in the housing market collapse. As we know all through the 90s and mid 2000's houses were soaring in price before the inevitable crash came. The good news with loans is they can leave you at a huge advantage of being able to buy a house or property with the banks expensive money and then paying it off later with cheap money that isn't worth very much. In other words if you buy a house now in cash and the price of real estate goes down you have lost value. However if you buy a house now with a loan and 10 years later housing has doubled well you have come out way ahead becasue it's like you are buying a house for half it's value with CHEAP MONEY that isn't worth as much due to inflation or the rising price of real estate.
