What is market efficiency and are there low risk investments?


market efficiency doesn't talk about low RISK CLICK HERE The idea behind this theory is that the market is simply efficient and can't be beat in the long run. Simply put nobody can really wins or lose in the market, unless they pull out when it is falling. Everyone playing the game all has the same information on stocks, and they fluctuate up or down depending on the information available to the investors and what the current general market is doing like the Dow and the NASDAQ.


I believe this theory to be wrong, and the way the big traders on wall-street make money is by finding a market glitch and using a STRATEGY. Most of this web site is designed to help people make money in the long-term. I believe that market efficiency is wrong because people like Warren Buffet wouldn't exist. The first thing I will tell you is that most people should be long term contrarian investors that follow the rules of the ratios listed on this site. Of course there are some that want to try and make the big time money. For those people, I will give you my views, experience, and study of the people that DO make big money. investing in the stock market

Investing in the stock market to try and make big money

Here are some of their traits for people that seem to make it big in the market:

1. They EXCEPT A SMALL LOSS AND TRY TO NEVER LOSE ANY SERIOUS AMOUNT OF MONEY!! (this rule is the MOST important I think. no matter what system you choose to invest with in the market cut all your losses or progressively invest more in the falling security so you don't lose in the end UNLESS you know a lot about the stock.

2. They find what I call a MARKET GLITCH they think they can exploit (I show you possible examples in my article in the link at the top).

3. The market glitch they find works a lot of the time. The market position they are in seems to have much bigger gain potential then the loss potential that could incur. short term traders
