mid cap stocks - investing in stocks that are in the middle for size

Mid cap stocks are stocks that are in between large cap stocks and small cap stocks. I think that many times in the market these days middle cap stocks can be the best balance between being small enough to change in market conditions but large enough not to fail. I am a huge fan of small cap stocks but I think that large cap stocks defiantly have their place when it comes to investing wisely. Mid cap stocks in general can have advantages that large cap and small cap companies don’t have. A good example of this would be Dollar Tree Stores I think because they are too big to be considered small and not big enough to be considered a large cap stocks. Where else can you go to get something for only one dollar? The point is they have advantages I think over their competition due to being just the right size and you can profit from this if you are thinking about practical stock investing. In this section of our site we will talk about and have articles about various middle size or moderate stocks that don’t belong on our other two pages. Remember that sometimes middle size stocks also have a disadvantage depending on the stock. If the company can't gain the advantages of a smaller company or a larger company then that company may actually be at a disadvantage for it's size and the market conditions.
