Is it still smart investing to bet on the oil market or energy?

One of the first current articles I will write about what should currently be done will concern that of the price of gas people are talking about all the time. There are many theories about what will happen to the price of gas in the future. Some have said that the ultimate investment for smart investors, retirement investing, and the best option for investment brokers is energy investing in general. Many of these people believe in a phenomena called peak oil market. The idea behind this theory is that we are currently halfway thorough the current amount of energy and gas on earth and that production has currently peaked with the increasing demand and consumption of energy products. If this is the case than many believe that especially in the long run energy is the best investment since our economies are heavily dependent on fossil fuels. The question remains however though, is the theory right? good stocks

Is peak energy for smart investors or not?

It is true however that in years passed people believed that we would all be out of gas as of right now. As we know they were obviously wrong. If they have been wrong before how do we trust them this time? I cannot honestly say whether I believe that they are wrong or right. I do personally believe there will be many technologies that will take the place of fossil fuels. However some speculate it will take years yet before the suffering stops from out use of fossil fuels and that we are too dependent on them, to stop using them anytime soon. After all everything is made out of plastic which takes fossil fuels, almost all agricultural work takes a lot of fossil fuels as well. If you think about it many things do take the use of oil to make including food. Hauling goods, keeping things cold or heating them up, lights and almost everything we use and do thus far needs oil. This is why I provide a link bellow so you can take the opinions you want a make an investing decision on the oil market of the future. You can be investing in stocks that correlate to oil, or buy futures on the market.
